The real daughter Gu Yun developed an anti-cancer drug, bringing tens of billions in investment to the Gu family. Yet her achievement was stolen by the fake daughter Gu Jing, who only rewarded her with a 200-yuan overtime pay. Teaming up with her admirer Huo Yun, she brought down the Gu Group and cut off all ties with the family. Gu Jing defrauded the family assets with accomplices, fled and was arrested. Gu's mother and Gu Yang passed away miserably one after another. Gu Yun finally got together with Huo Yun, achieving success both in career and love.
