A former deep-sea diver, Ethan, was framed by his adopted brother Jason for murder and served eight years in prison. After release, his family forces him to dive again to save Jason—despite a severe ear injury that could kill him. When Ethan nearly dies underwater, the truth emerges: Jason is the real criminal. Saved by an old friend, Ethan fakes his death, escapes abroad, and rebuilds his life. His family and ex-wife face justice and ruin, while Ethan finds peace and love, leaving his painful past behind.
