Alexander, a wealthy heir, was left paralyzed in a car accident four years ago and has spent years searching for the mysterious woman from that night. Ivy, a single mother, becomes his caregiver to cover her son Noah’s medical expenses, and the two reunite unexpectedly. Their relationship is fiercely sabotaged by his adopted son Leon and a wealthy young lady Cecilia. Falsified DNA reports, hospital persecutions, and kidnapping crises unfold one after another. In the end, Alexander uncovers the whole truth, confirms Noah is his biological son, resolves all misunderstandings with Ivy, and finally reunites with his family.
