Owen’s fiancée Mia and Jace trapped him inside a scorching car in the desert and let it burn. They ignored his desperate screams and cut off all chances of survival. Recorded evidence exposed their vicious plot. Jace was convicted of first-degree murder with life without parole. Mia, Owen’s fiancée, was found guilty of second-degree murder, sentenced to 25-years-to-life. Their late regret can never bring Owen back.
