Lin Wan goes home with her boyfriend Chen Mo to meet his parents. While playing mahjong with his family, a jade pendant around her neck warns her that she is trapped in a life‑borrowing mahjong game meant to save his sick younger sister Chen Xi. Lin Wan outsmarts their scheme, and in the end, Chen Mo’s family reaps what they sow.
