As drug trafficking spreads unchecked, narcotics squad captain Bai Hua leads young police officers, including Zhuang Yan and Li Xiao, into perilous missions. They work undercover and pit their wits against drug dealers. Step by step, they unravel the trafficking network, ultimately arrest the kingpin, tear out the corrupt protective umbrella behind him, and keep the border safe.
