After losing a leg in a construction accident, Lu Ming becomes the target of his aunt's greedy family, who try to seize his compensation money. Old IOUs expose their true colors, while his cousin repeatedly conspires with outsiders to frame him. With patience and solid evidence, Lu Ming fights back and clears his name time and again. Starting over by raising chickens, Lu Ming develops his own self-heating rice products and wins a prestigious entrepreneurship award. Along the way, he meets the love of his life, Sun Xiaoxiao, and his loyal friend, Ma Yuejin. Even after founding his factory, he faces stolen formulas, arson, and malicious accusations. Refusing to give in, he brings every criminal to justice through law and evidence. Five years later, his company goes public. From an impoverished construction worker to a billionaire entrepreneur, Lu Ming not only finds success and love but also forgives his repentant relatives and gives back to society by funding a village school.
