Sorenna, the last survivor of the Raven Clan, goes incognito and sneaks into the mansion of Gorie, her sister Kaelin’s murderer, bent on avenging her sister’s death. Luring Gorie with secret medicinal baths, she amplifies the backlash of forbidden arts, slowly wrecking his body and sanity bit by bit. Caught between the covetous gaze of the young knight Jack and the close scrutiny of King Caesar, she lays bare the whole truth publicly at the royal grand ceremony. Having exacted her revenge, she burns the dark sorcery to ashes and retreats back to the forest, yet a new cycle of greed is already unfolding.
