From the moment she was in her mother's womb, she was marked by tragedy—abused by her father, her mother nearly died giving birth, and later fell into mental illness, spending years in a sanatorium. She was the "good girl" who couldn't say no, no matter how much it cost her. But after being diagnosed with cancer, she finally realizes that no one around her truly cares—they've all been using her. In her despair, she contemplates giving up.
