Bella, a modern stage actress, transmigrates into Selena, the infamous cruel stepmother in Cinderella. Fated to die by beheading, she strikes a deal with the Fairy Godmother: to spare her doom, she must treat her stepdaughter Cinderella with kindness and raise all four girls together. From a shabby rural cottage to a noble earl’s mansion, Selena breaks free from oppression and grows independent. Armed with modern feminine awareness, she rewrites the rigid fairy tale rules, encouraging every girl to chase her own dreams. In the end, Selena redeems herself and gains a brand-new life at the Rose Theatre.
