Though they netted nearly two million yuan a year, Zhang Yu got only 100,000 yuan in dividends and was treated as cheap labor.Disheartened, he used the payout as a down payment for a new truck and went solo. With excellent driving skills and integrity, he secured well-paid long-distance orders, gained wealth and fame, and grew into a fleet owner.Without Zhang Yu, Chen Hao’s old trucks and lack of good drivers left him unable to deliver orders. Faced with huge compensation fees, he went bankrupt and was jailed. Zhang Yu, meanwhile, found success in both career and love.
