Iris, a pre-med student in New York, stumbles into the suite of wealthy heir Eli after getting drunk and spends one passionate night with him before Eli leaves for Germany. Three months later, Iris unexpectedly falls pregnant and struggles alone under the dual pressure of her studies and daily life. The two cross paths again at a hospital yet fail to recognize each other. Eli mistakes Iris’s best friend for his wife, sparking a string of misunderstandings and conflicts. The truth eventually comes to light, and Eli goes all out to win Iris back. They finally walk hand in hand toward a happy future.
