Synopsis
Emma Davis, a girl from a small town, arrives in New York and helps Robert Harrison, an elderly man who suddenly falls ill on the street. In gratitude, Robert arranges for Emma to marry his grandson, billionaire CEO James Harrison. Emma starts working as a cleaner at the Harrison Group but her secret status as James's wife makes her the target of jealousy and bullying by female executive Sophia Taylor. Sophia and her allies repeatedly frame Emma—planting a stolen ring, accusing her of theft, even physically assaulting her which puts her pregnancy in danger. Each time though, James steps in to protect Emma and their bond deepens amidst these conflicts. Using her hidden talent for design, Emma wins a fashion competition and is promoted to chief designer. At Robert's birthday banquet Sophia tries to frame Emma’s mother for theft but this scheme is exposed by surveillance footage. Seizing this moment James publicly reveals his marriage with Emma along with news of their expected child; he ensures that Sophia is handed over to police while banishing his stepmother Patricia from their lives. The story ends with James making an emotional declaration of love followed by proposing once again to Emma in front everyone.
