Unable to awaken a wolf spirit for eighteen years, Lyra Grey is publicly rejected by heir Damon and mocked as useless. Northern Alpha King Kaelan arrives and names her the fated mate he has sought for three years, revealing Lyra as the last descendant of the White Moon Queen.
