Alice's one-night stand turns out to be Vincent, her fiance Frank's uncle. Reunited at their engagement party, he recognizes her and pursues her relentlessly. Coveting a richer bride, Frank publicly dumps Alice at the altar and exposes her past to humiliate her—until Vincent draws a gun to save her.
